Acceptable Use Policy
Contents
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to all products and services operated by The Wardrakes' Inc. ("Wardrakes," "we," "us"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
We take violations seriously. Some prohibitions are absolute and cannot be bypassed by any user setting, opt-in, or permission level. Where we say hard limit, we mean it: the platform refuses the action regardless of context.
2. Eligibility & Account Integrity
This AUP applies to anyone who creates an account, uses paid features, or otherwise enters into a contractual relationship with Wardrakes. Eligibility is layered:
- Minimum age to create an account: 13. Users 13–17 require parental or legal-guardian consent.
- To purchase or initiate a Subscription: 18+, or have a parent or guardian who is 18+ authorize the purchase.
- Age-restricted features, where offered: 18+, enforced at the in-product level. These age gates cannot be bypassed by user setting or account configuration.
- Hard-limit prohibitions in Section 3 apply to all users at all ages regardless of consent, opt-in, or account configuration.
You also must:
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain only one account per person, unless we authorize otherwise.
- Not share, sell, lease, or transfer your account or credentials.
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
Some Wardrakes products are visit-only (free-to-play games and similar) — they do not require account creation and are made available to general audiences in accordance with their published age ratings on the host platform. This AUP applies to such products only with respect to behavior that affects Wardrakes systems or other users (e.g., abuse of host-platform interfaces, malicious technical activity).
3. Prohibited Content
You may not submit, request, or generate content that:
Hard limits — absolute, no exceptions
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18 (CSAM), including any visual, textual, audio, or roleplay depiction;
- Non-consensual sexual content involving real or fictional persons depicted as not consenting;
- Incest or familial sexual content, including step-relations and any “family”-framed roleplay;
- Sexual content involving animals (bestiality), in any form or framing;
- Sexual content involving corpses or a person depicted as dead (necrophilia);
- Gore, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, or sexualized depictions of serious injury or death;
- Polygamous or “harem”-household configurations presented as the sexual focus of a scene;
- Content that sexualizes real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent;
- Non-consensual synthetic media (“deepfakes”) — AI-generated images, video, or audio depicting a real, identifiable person in a manner they have not consented to, including non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Content depicting or instructing on the manufacture or use of weapons of mass destruction (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear);
- Detailed instructions for serious physical harm, including suicide methods or self-harm techniques.
Other prohibited content
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- Content harassing, bullying, doxxing, or threatening another person;
- Content infringing intellectual property rights you do not own or have a license to use;
- Content containing malware, phishing attempts, or other malicious technical payloads;
- Spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or pyramid schemes;
- Content intentionally designed to deceive (deepfakes presented as real, fraudulent endorsements, etc.).
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose under U.S. federal, state, or your local law;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
- Interfere with the operation of the Services through denial-of-service attacks, abusive request volume, or similar disruptive behavior;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or training data of our AI models, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our prior written consent;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services or AI Credits;
- Use the Services to develop competing AI products or to generate training data for other models;
- Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-authored where doing so would deceive third parties (e.g., academic fraud, journalism without disclosure, fraudulent reviews).
5. AI-Specific Prohibitions
Beyond the content prohibitions above, you may not use AI features to:
- Attempt to bypass or jailbreak our safety filters by adversarial prompting, persona injection, system-prompt manipulation, or any other technique;
- Generate content that produces harm to third parties, including identity theft material, fraudulent documents, or impersonation of public figures in deceptive contexts;
- Probe model behavior for the purpose of producing prohibited outputs that would be blocked under normal use;
- Generate explicit content depicting real people without their explicit consent;
- Use voice synthesis to clone the voices of real people without their explicit consent;
- Deploy outputs in safety-critical decisions (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial recommendations) where the AI nature of the output is hidden from the affected party.
6. Safety Mechanisms
To enforce this AUP, we operate the following safety systems:
- Automated content moderation: all user prompts and AI outputs are screened by classifiers tuned to detect prohibited content. Hard-limit violations are blocked at the request layer, before the AI even processes them.
- Crisis-aware handling: language indicating self-harm, suicidal ideation, or acute distress triggers safe-mode responses, including resource referrals where appropriate.
- Pattern detection: we monitor for jailbreak attempts, abusive request patterns, and bulk automation. Detected patterns may result in account suspension pending review.
- Human review: a portion of flagged interactions may be reviewed by trained personnel for safety and quality assurance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to contact@wardrakes.com. Include:
- A description of the violation;
- Where and when it occurred (URL, screenshot, timestamp);
- Any other relevant details.
Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially. We do not retaliate against good-faith reports.
To report content involving the suspected exploitation of a minor (CSAM), you may also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or, internationally, to the INHOPE network. We cooperate with all such reports.
8. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to violations, depending on severity, frequency, and context:
- Block specific content from being generated;
- Issue a warning to your account;
- Temporarily suspend account access;
- Permanently terminate your account and forfeit any unused subscription period;
- Refuse future service to the responsible person;
- Report to law enforcement, where required by law or where we determine such reporting is appropriate to prevent harm.
Hard-limit violations (Section 3) typically result in immediate permanent termination without warning. We reserve the right to take enforcement action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, the Services, or third parties.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time, particularly as new misuse patterns emerge or laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after the updated AUP takes effect constitutes acceptance.
